Practice Planner

Creating a plan

Go to Practice → New Practice. Select your focus areas (technical, tactical, fitness, fun), set the session duration (30–90 min), optionally write notes for the AI, and tap Generate.

Practice phases

Plans are structured in five phases: Gather (activation + warm-up), Talk (team discussion), Build (skill development), Execute (game-like application), and Close (cooldown + reflection). Each phase has a time allocation appropriate for your total duration.

Activity library

Activities come from Coach by Dae's curated library of age-appropriate drills. Each has a name, setup instructions, and coaching points. The library is reviewed by licensed coaches.

Execute mode

Tap Run Practice to enter execute mode. It shows one activity at a time, full screen, with a countdown timer and coaching points. Use Prev/Next to navigate. The Close activity includes a 3-vote hardest worker ballot for bag tag awards.
