Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and any content you enter into the service (team names, player first names, game data, practice plans). We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used to improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the service, to communicate with you about your account and updates, and to generate AI-powered features such as lineup suggestions and practice plans. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Coach by Dae accounts are held by adult coaches. Player information entered into the app is managed by the coach account holder and is not collected directly from minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to enter player information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating the service (such as Supabase for database hosting and Anthropic for AI features) under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your team and player data from the Settings page. To request account deletion, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or contact support@coachbydae.com. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.
