Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Coach by Dae, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any future changes to these terms.
Use of Service
Coach by Dae is intended for use by adult coaches managing youth recreational soccer teams. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use. You may not use the service to store, transmit, or process any unlawful content or to violate the rights of any third party.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Coach by Dae reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription and Billing
Some features of Coach by Dae require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. Coach by Dae reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
User Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Coach by Dae. By using the service, you grant Coach by Dae a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Intellectual Property
The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Coach by Dae and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Coach by Dae is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Coach by Dae be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Coach by Dae may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. You may export your data before termination at any time from the Settings page.
Changes to Terms
Coach by Dae reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
